Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all restaurant and concessions staff performance
- Manage budgets and uphold menu and service standards
- Support Banquets & Catering event management
- Ensure compliance with F&B licenses and sanitation codes
- Drive innovative revenue opportunities and solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years in Food and Beverage Management
- Experience at Director/General Manager level needed
- Strong budgeting and forecasting skills preferred
- Effective English communication skills required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn
