The Role
We’re looking for a Sous Chef to support kitchen operations, lead the team, and ensure consistent, high-quality food production for catering and events.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily kitchen operations and assist the Executive Chef
Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff
Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and timing
Manage prep, workflow, and kitchen organization
Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
What We’re Looking For
2–4+ years in a sous chef or kitchen leadership role
Experience in catering, events, or high-volume kitchens
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
FoodSafe Level 1 (required)
