The salary range for this position is $67,800 to $80,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may be entitled to other elements of total compensation, which may include group benefits, employer RRSP contributions, and discretionary bonus or incentive programs, where applicable to the role.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and business-savvy Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and business growth across our office coffee, vending, and micro market services. The Analyst will leverage data to uncover actionable insights, identify issues and opportunities, and support strategic decision-making across multiple departments. This role includes diagnosing opportunities and recommending improvements.
Now, If You Were To Come On Board As a Business Analyst , We’d Ask You To Do The Following For Us
- Develop, maintain, and automate recurring reports to monitor business performance including maintaing the KPI performance metrics
- Analyze operational, financial, and customer data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Identify root causes for recurring issues and recommend process improvements
- Communicate and track execution by branch/operation to ensure program completeness as required
- Create new and use existing dashboards to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Partner with Operations to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with Finance and FP&A to support budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
- Work with Customer teams to analyze service usage, satisfaction, and retention metrics.
- Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business goals.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership and department heads.
- Support ad hoc analysis requests from internal stakeholders.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in a service or retail environment.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, Smartsheet, and SQL.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of financial modeling and KPI tracking.
