Work Model: ONSITE, 5 days per week / 40 hours per week

Rate: depends on expertise level (90-105/hr, incorporated)

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives within a technology-driven environment. The role requires strong technical planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination skills to successfully deliver multiple concurrent projects.

This role requires a highly organized, technically proficient Project Manager capable of leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex operational and technology projects.

Technical & Professional Requirements:

  • 10+ years of IT Project Management experience managing technical infrastructure and operational systems projects.
  • PMP certification
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, Visio, and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong experience in integrated project team leadership within cross-functional organizations.
  • Familiarity with airport systems and airport operations preferred.
  • Ability to qualify for and maintain a Restricted Access Pass and pass a criminal background check.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information clearly to business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate cross-functional integrated teams, establishing accountability for deliverables and milestones; take responsibility, face uncomfortable situations, speak truth to power
  • Collaborate with Technology/IT and business stakeholders to manage trade-offs across scope, schedule, cost, and risk.
  • Manage vendor and contractor relationships, including coordination of technical dependencies.
  • Produce clear status reports, risk assessments, and executive-level communications.
  • Apply lessons learned and continuous improvement practices to mitigate risk and enhance delivery performance.
  • Support change windows, including potential night work/monitoring as required.
