Role Description

Onsite in the Mahwah HQ office is preferred with the ability to travel. The Solutions Engineer will be responsible for working with clients to provide expert support on system integrations, software applications, and pre-sales activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with sales teams, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of solutions, and providing consulting services to address customer needs. The role requires problem-solving expertise, technical acumen, and the ability to communicate clear solutions to both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in on-premise, Cloud and peer-to-peer integrated systems.
• Experience with Audio/Intercom system implementation and troubleshooting a must have.
• Strong skills in Consulting and providing technical guidance to support customer needs.
• Experience in Sales and Presales design, with an ability to understand client requirements and present solutions effectively
• Expertise in system Integration, with a focus on seamless deployment of interconnected technologies
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of the communication and security systems industry is a plus
• Must be able to work 50% of the time out of the Corporate HQ in Mahwah, NJ
• Must be able to travel 25% of the time
