Public Relations Associate

About the Role We are looking for a fresher to join our communications team and support day-to-day PR and content execution. This is a structured, hands-on role designed for someone starting their career in content, marketing, or communications. You will work closely with the team to learn how campaigns, content, and brand communication are executed in a real-world environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in drafting and formatting content (press releases, website copy, campaign materials) Support coordination with internal teams (design, content, social) Maintain trackers and documentation for ongoing projects Help execute campaigns (content uploads, formatting, follow-ups) Monitor brand mentions and basic performance metrics Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines Who Should Apply Recent graduates or final-year students (any stream, preferably Mass Comm, English, Marketing, etc.) Strong written English skills (this will be assessed) Detail-oriented and organized Willingness to learn and take feedback Comfortable with structured, execution-focused work What You’ll Learn How PR and content workflows function in a professional setup Basics of brand communication and campaign execution Coordination across teams and managing deadlines Practical exposure to content, reporting, and operations What Success Looks Like Have opportunity work directly with the founder of the Company Mr .
