Role Overview:

Join Colgate-Palmolive as the Digital Media Strategy & Execution Manager in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive digital media strategies across brands to achieve brand outcomes and business growth. Your key focus will be on setting KPIs, managing execution of digital plans, and monitoring performance output to drive business and performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of digital media strategies across different channels/platforms based on consumer journey analytics.
  • Ensure monthly media briefing is managed as per agreed timelines, evaluate and approve monthly media plans, and align plans with Brand Managers.
  • Set and monitor KPIs across consumer journeys to optimize objectives and integrate off-platform plans with eCommerce activations.
  • Collaborate with brand, marketing, and eCommerce teams to ensure cohesive digital strategies and scale digital initiatives effectively.
  • Drive digital transformation by challenging teams with innovative thinking, keeping abreast of digital media trends, and ensuring CP brands adopt the latest digital platforms.
  • Build capabilities of brand and marketing teams through training programs, digital days, and other interventions.
  • Manage digital agency relationships for media planning and creative development, oversee digital media budget, and ensure efficient billing processes.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree and above, Masters degree in Marketing, Media/Communication preferred.
  • Essential skills include strong project management and coordination skills, expertise in digital media, strong communication skills, ability to influence without formal authority, and knowledge of digital ecosystem and agencies.
  • Preferred qualifications include 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, direct experience in digital planning/buying, integrated campaign planning, and performance digital marketing.
  • Must have knowledge of relevant ad tech tools and technology such as Facebook ad manager, Google Marketing platform, and brand safety tools.
  • Strong understanding of the Digital Ecosystem, innovative problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
