Job Description
Lead financial operations as a Financial Controller within Integrated Services. Ensure compliance, accountability, and effective reporting while supporting strategic planning. This role requires a strong financial leader to oversee daily operations and support program objectives.
You will develop annual budgets, prepare financial reports for leadership and funders, and ensure audit readiness. Your contributions will be critical in aligning financial systems with the Nation's self-determination goals and programs. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations and reporting
- Develop and monitor annual and multi-year budgets
- Prepare accurate financial reports for stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with funding agreements
- Coordinate audit processes and maintain readiness Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA or in progress is an asset
- 5–8+ years of financial experience
- Familiarity with public sector and Indigenous organizations
- Strong knowledge of financial controls and compliance Utilize your financial expertise to enhance accountability and strengthen systems in support of strategic initiatives.
