You'll contribute across organizational design, leadership effectiveness, performance, talent strategy, employee experience, and organizational health in a fast-moving, globally distributed environment.

- Take ownership and exercise sound judgment
- Balance high standards with empathy
- Enjoy fast-moving, evolving environments
- Solve complex people and organizational challenges
- Move comfortably between strategy and execution
- Communicate exceptionally well, especially in async environments
- Bring a collaborative, low-ego approach to your work

- The continued evolution of our People function
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
- Has several years of HRBP or People Partner experience in a fast-paced environment
- Has experience partnering with Engineering, Research, or other highly technical organizations
- Has experience in startup, scale-up, or other high-growth companies
- Has supported globally distributed organizations
- Is an exceptional written communicator who thrives in async environments
- Is excited to learn, grow, and take on increasing ownership over time
Location: This role is based in London and follows a hybrid working model. We're looking for someone who enjoys collaborating in person and can regularly work from our London office alongside the leaders and teams they'll support.
