Technical Project Manager – Exp level - 10+ yrs

Location: Vancouver, BC

This role bridges technical teams and business stakeholders to drive, manage project scope, timelines, and budgets for retail store systems, often requiring 10+ years of IT experience with specific Xstore or POS

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, creating detailed project plans and schedules
• Xstore Implementation: Manage the full lifecycle of Oracle Xstore, Xcenter, and related POS application deployments.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Lead teams including developers, architects, and QA to ensure seamless integration, including payment solutions (EFT-Link)
• Technical Oversight: Provide guidance on technical specifications, system configurations, and gap analysis between business needs and Xstore functionality
• Risk & Resource Management: Identify project risks, mitigate issues, and manage resource allocation to keep projects on track
