Job Summary

We at Coforge, are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI, Azure AI Foundry, and Databricks to design, develop, deploy, and govern enterprise‑grade AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience building agentic AI systems, managing end‑to‑end model lifecycles, and implementing scalable MLOps pipelines on Azure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Generative AI solutions using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Databricks.
• Build and manage agentic AI workflows leveraging Azure services for orchestration and autonomy.
• Develop robust data pipelines and feature engineering workflows using Databricks.
• Handle model development, training, evaluation, and optimization for enterprise AI use cases.
• Deploy AI/ML models using MLOps best practices, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for model and pipeline deployment using Databricks and Azure DevOps/GitHub.
• Ensure model governance, compliance, monitoring, and versioning across environments.
• Define and enforce API standards and integration frameworks to expose AI capabilities across enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and business teams to translate requirements into AI solutions.
• Monitor model performance, drift, and reliability; continuously improve models post‑deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in Generative AI / LLM‑based solutions.
• Hands‑on expertise with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and related Azure AI services.
• Proficient in Databricks for data engineering, model development, and deployment.
• Experience building agentic AI systems and orchestration frameworks.
• Solid understanding of model governance, deployment, and orchestration.
• Expertise in MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation on Azure & Databricks.
• Strong experience in model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in Python and ML/AI frameworks.
• Experience with API integration and standardization (REST, microservices).
• Strong understanding of cloud‑native architectures on Microsoft Azure.

Nice to Have

• Experience with LLM fine‑tuning, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures.
• Knowledge of security, compliance, and responsible AI frameworks.
• Azure certifications (AI Engineer, Data Engineer, or Architect).
• Experience working in large‑scale enterprise or regulated environments.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
