About the role

In this role, you will focus on building and refining the backend systems that drive the company's platform. You will work closely with both the office and field teams to ensure seamless integration and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Design and develop integrations and analytical features as part of the platform.
• Build and maintain scalable ETL infrastructure with minimal downtime.
• Develop AI systems catering to both office and field operations in the construction sector.
• Innovate new features and ensure their successful deployment.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in building and deploying infrastructure from scratch.
• Familiarity with construction industry challenges and technologies is a plus.
• Technical expertise with Ruby on Rails, React, and Python.
