Since its launch in September 2020, Codingal has empowered over 40,000 students through competitions and high-quality coding education. The curriculum is aligned with a standardized K-12 Computer Science framework, making learning both fun and effective.

Position: Online Coding Teacher

We are seeking enthusiastic coding teachers who share our mission and have the skills to teach young learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive online coding classes to school students
• Motivate and inspire students to start learning coding early
• Monitor student progress, evaluate assignments, and provide constructive feedback
• Commit to a minimum of 100 teaching hours per month
• Conduct one-on-one sessions from home
• Regularly communicate with parents/guardians and share student progress

Requirements

• Strong passion for teaching school students (prior experience is a plus)
• Engineering or technical background with a curious mindset
• Availability to work flexible shifts between 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM (Mandatory any 4 hours )
• Excellent English communication skills
• Access to a laptop with a camera, microphone, and stable internet connection
• Graduation is mandatory

Earnings & Growth

You can earn up to 90,000 per month depending on your availability. Selected candidates will receive professional training on the curriculum, along with ongoing development programs. Youll also have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and passionate team dedicated to transforming coding education for kids.
