Role: Coding Teacher

We are looking for passionate Coding Teachers who believe in our mission and are eager to teach young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and interactive online coding classes to school students
• Inspire students to develop an interest in coding
• Monitor student progress, evaluate assignments, and provide constructive feedback
• Commit to a minimum of 50 hours per month, primarily during weekday evenings and weekends
• Conduct 1:1 sessions from home
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress

Requirements

• Background in engineering or related field
• Graduation in Computer Science / IT / Computer Applications
• Prior teaching experience in EdTech
• Strong English communication skills
• Good analytical, critical thinking, and troubleshooting abilities
• Availability between 3 PM to 10 PM (minimum 2 hours daily)
• Reliable laptop with camera, microphone, and stable internet connection
• Must not be currently employed elsewhere

Compensation & Benefits:

• Earn between INR 15,000 to INR 50,000 per month based on availability
