Role: Coding Teacher
We are looking for passionate Coding Teachers who believe in our mission and are eager to teach young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and interactive online coding classes to school students
- Inspire students to develop an interest in coding
- Monitor student progress, evaluate assignments, and provide constructive feedback
- Commit to a minimum of 50 hours per month, primarily during weekday evenings and weekends
- Conduct 1:1 sessions from home
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress
Requirements
- Background in engineering or related field
- Graduation in Computer Science / IT / Computer Applications
- Prior teaching experience in EdTech
- Strong English communication skills
- Good analytical, critical thinking, and troubleshooting abilities
- Availability between 3 PM to 10 PM (minimum 2 hours daily)
- Reliable laptop with camera, microphone, and stable internet connection
- Must not be currently employed elsewhere
Compensation & Benefits:
- Earn between INR 15,000 to INR 50,000 per month based on availability
