Role Description The Creative Graphic Designer will work on-site full time at our Piravom office, collaborating closely with the creative and account teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing visual assets for print and digital media, such as social media posts, advertising materials, presentations, and marketing collateral. The role involves developing and refining brand identities, creating logo concepts, and ensuring consistent use of visual guidelines across all touchpoints. The designer will interpret briefs, participate in brainstorming sessions, and translate ideas into compelling layouts and graphics. Additional tasks include preparing files for production, revising designs based on feedback, and staying current with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing diverse and original work.
• Experience in Branding and Logo Design, including developing and applying brand guidelines.
• Knowledge of Web Design principles, layouts, and asset preparation for digital platforms.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Blender or equivalents).
• Proficiency in Illustrator,after effect and Premiere.
• Ability to interpret briefs, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong visual storytelling, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality output.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iteration.
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
