Part-time Retail Sales Rep position with a salary of $12.50 an hour is currently available

Position Overview:

As a Retail Sales Associate at The Coca-Cola Store in Downtown Atlanta, this job will mainly consist of working in sales and at the cash register.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Play a role in maintaining a clean and well-arranged sales space, creating a comfortable environment for shoppers.
• Offer a warm greeting to shoppers, propose multiple buying possibilities, and showcase your understanding of the company's products.
• Take part in the regular bi-annual inventory assessments.
• Make sure you're always in the know about current products, pricing, and promotional deals.
• Maintain accurate management of financial transactions and purchases through a reliable POS system.
• Boost customer engagement by presenting attractive promotions and sale options for goods.
• Apply data-driven approaches to analyze customers' purchase histories and recommend relevant cross-sell products based on their behavior.
• Help customers handle the procedures involved in returning or exchanging products.
• Ensure timely attendance and punctuality are maintained.
• Carry out additional duties as per request.

Education/Experience:

• To secure most job opportunities, a high school diploma or its equivalent is non-negotiable.
• No experience required.

Communication Skills:

• The aptitude to read, write and make sense of educational documents.
• Good communication skills are fundamental to creating and maintaining positive relationships with customers, peers, and managers.
• Acquiring expertise in using a two-way radio and displaying appropriate radio etiquette.

Reasoning Ability:

• Possesses the ability to work without much oversight.

Physical Demands:

• Non-stop movement, conversation, listening, reaching, and remaining on one's feet.
• The proficiency to endure being on one's feet constantly for at least two hours.
• Hoist weights that weigh a minimum of 10 pounds.
• Some of the tasks may require bending down, squatting, kneeling, or climbing ladders periodically.
• The ability to accurately perceive nearby objects, differentiate between different colors, accurately determine distances, and make adjustments to focus as required are all part of visual capabilities.
