As an important member of the Operations and Sales Center Team, the Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing the Warehouse, Equipment Service, and Fleet divisions. Making personnel decisions such as hiring, compensation, promotions, discipline, and termination of team members based on Company policies is also part of this role. In addition, the Warehouse Manager handles inventory management and implements statistical data analysis to identify areas for continual enhancement.
