The responsibilities of this role include managing tasks in the Memphis metropolitan area and its environs.

Providing employees with a Mon-Thurs 10-hour schedule can improve employee motivation and morale, leading to improved job satisfaction

While there are many expectations associated with working overnight, it is essential to recognize that everyone's experience will be different. Some individuals thrive on the quiet, focused environment of night work, while others find it challenging to adjust to the different rhythms and routines

Based on the business necessities, this position may involve up to 25% of overnight travel.

The present rate of tech pay with an extra $5 hourly differential compensation

As an ambassador of the Coca-Cola Consolidated Equipment Reutilization Solutions (CCC ERS) proposition, the Technician Tech Services has an opportunity to generate revenue by selling additional services to customers.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure efficient and safe working conditions

Handheld devices must be used to maintain precise records of delivery, removal, and movement, ensuring that parts inventory accountability is upheld

Maintain focus while driving and comply with all traffic regulations to ensure a secure journey. Additionally, complete all the necessary safety training activities and follow the safety policies and procedures at your workplace. Moreover, conduct the DOT-required daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections on your vehicle to remain compliant with regulations

The correct possession, handling, and monitoring of every key, component, and tool required for the job to attain success is necessary

To maintain the effectiveness and efficiency of equipment utilization, one must maintain complete and accurate records and stay up-to-date on new developments related to the equipment

This position requires that applicants can lift objects weighing as much as 50 pounds

Drivers and riders should be aware of the signs of fatigue and take responsibility for their safety and that of others on the road

Whether you're repairing or maintaining a commercial or residential refrigeration unit, using the proper tools—such as refrigeration scales, cordless tools, electrical tools, and general hand tools—can help you achieve superior results

Perform tasks in different temperature environments, both inside and outside customer locations

The Minimum Experience Required in Electrical and Refrigeration Fields

Both high school diplomas and GEDs demonstrate a level of competency in core subjects such as language arts, math, social studies, and science

12 months of work experience leads to expert knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

Valid driver's license

Applicants who possess or will soon acquire EPA Level 1 Refrigeration certification are preferred for this job

Certification programs for forklift and pallet jack operation teach the necessary safety guidelines with regards to the equipment, load, and the working area

Participating and passing company certification courses for equipment repair and safety - BEST, FAST, and Advanced Refrigeration, demonstrates a professional's dedication to honing their skillset and improving their work capabilities

Work Environment

You may be required to work in varied environments, such as outside exposed to the elements, or in areas without temperature control, like customer storage facilities
