Position: iOS Mobile Developer, Mid-level - FAA
Location: Cobec site/Remote Site (On-site and Remote, Telework Optional)
Remote Work Option: Yes (Some time in office required)
Function: iOS Mobile Web Development

Salary Range: $80- $110k
Security Requirements
Must be a US citizen or a legal resident for three of the past five years. Public Trust cannot be granted without meeting the residency requirement. Must meet eligibility requirements for a US Public Trust security clearance (moderate risk), including a soft credit check and criminal background check. Please refer to the criteria listed in 5 CFR 731.202 to understand the Public Trust suitability requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design and build applications for the iOS platform
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
- Operate in a dynamic work environment with evolving responsibilities and priorities
- Be self-motivated and a proactive team player, contributing effectively in working groups through oral and written communication
- Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the App Store or Android market
- Extensive knowledge of at least one programming language like Swift and Java
- Familiarity with OOP design principles
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform in a team environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to interpret and follow technical plans
- Identify and plan for new features
- Develop application programming interfaces (APIs) to support mobile functionality
- Suggest and implement new mobile products, applications and protocols
- Stay up to date with terminology, concepts and best practices for coding mobile apps
- Collaborate with colleagues to innovate app functionality and design
- Adapt existing web applications for mobile apps
- Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions
- Develop new features and user interfaces from wireframe models
- Ensure the best performance and user experience of the application
- Fix bugs and performance issues
- Write clean, readable, and testable code
- Cooperate with back-end developers, designers, and the team to deliver well-architected, high-quality solutions
Qualifications
Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree is a plus.
Required Skills
- Experience with .NET CORE - TAP Connected
- Experience with XAMARIN for iOS App - TAP APP
- Familiar with Oracle DB for TAP connected & TAP App development
- Experience with Selenium using C# - Web based automation testing
- Experience with Appium - Mobile automation testing
