As an IT business analyst, you will play a key role in transforming business requirements into concrete solutions, while collaborating closely with implementation teams. We are looking for someone with solid experience in functional analysis, with good knowledge in the design of ergonomic and accessible web applications. You will be involved in all stages of the development cycle, from requirements gathering to documentation, through the design of intuitive solutions and technical support. In the context of an active project requiring rapid deployment and immediate involvement, you will work in strategic partnership with internal clients, which means your ability to collaborate and convince will have a real impact. What's In It For You Flexibility to work remotely while maintaining a healthy balance between your professional and personal life Modern and complex enterprise systems combined with a world-class infrastructure that impacts thousands of customers, using cutting-edge technologies and methodologies Lasting partnerships where your analyses and decisions will directly influence solutions creating real value for our customers A team that recognizes your expertise, encourages authentic collaboration, and values leadership based on trust and mutual respect What You'll Do Translate business requirements into detailed specifications and participate in the high-level design and estimation process Design software solutions aligned with solution architecture and technical roadmap Work closely with the development team to define functional specifications and required system changes (including non-functional requirements) Provide technical support and leadership in case of incidents or service interruptions to ensure effective resolution Design intuitive solutions that add value for users Break down development elements into small increments that benefit users Collaborate with the Software Product Owner (SPO), UX designers, and key partners in a matrix structure Produce documentation for the user community (release notes, guides) Document designs within the allotted timeframes Work with developers and quality assurance to ensure complete understanding of the design and alignment of development initiatives Support delivery teams (development and QA) to ensure quality deliverables What You Bring Technical Skills: Degree in computer science, business analysis, administration, actuarial mathematics, or related relevant field 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis (or equivalent with expertise in managing complex systems) Bilingual in French and English, oral and written Experience collaborating with a UI/UX design team and ability to understand the principles of ergonomic and accessible web application design Excellent synthesis skills and great ease in understanding, systematizing, and simplifying technical concepts Strong analytical skills Ability to understand and use common IT technologies Knowledge of Agile methodologies Assets: Experience in a SAFe environment or large-scale Agile methodology Experience with digital transformations or modernization initiatives Knowledge of best practices in product or program management Soft Skills: Ability to explain complex concepts simply, listen actively, and adapt your message to different audiences Ability to see the big picture, align individual efforts with broader organizational objectives Perseverance in the face of challenges, maintaining high standards under pressure, and resilience after setbacks Comfort working in complex structures, influencing without direct authority, and navigating organizational dynamics Autonomy and resourcefulness – knowing how to ask the right questions to the right people and gather necessary information proactively Rapid learning capability and quick grasp of concepts, essential for this immediate transition to active projects – you will need to learn quickly and jump into existing projects Intermediate knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its international scope.
