Opening for Mac Support Engineer

Experience:- 3 Years+

Qualification:- Graduation Mandatory

Locations:- Kurla

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for macOS devices, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain Apple Mac systems, applications, and peripherals.
• Manage macOS updates, patches, and security configurations.
• Support Apple services such as iCloud, Apple ID, and device synchronization.
• Configure and troubleshoot email, VPN, Wi-Fi, printers, and collaboration tools on Mac devices.
• Handle user onboarding/offboarding, including device setup and account configuration.
• Maintain asset inventory and documentation for Mac devices.
• Support MDM tools for device provisioning and management.
• Troubleshoot performance issues, application crashes, and OS errors.
• Coordinate with vendors or internal IT teams for hardware repairs and ensure IT security compliance.

Excellent English Communication Skills required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,212.88 - ₹38,454.63 per month
