Job Description

Become the Executive Chef and elevate the culinary offerings of our large event catering services. Drive kitchen operations, enhance food quality, and ensure compliance with sanitation standards in this vibrant role. You will manage all kitchen-related activities, including food production and preparation for events of 400+ people, while training staff to uphold the highest cleanliness and presentation standards. Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Director to execute flawless catering services, meeting diverse guest needs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee food production for large events
  • Ensure adherence to high food quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment
  • Communicate with event teams and staff effectively
  • Train kitchen personnel on sanitation practices Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in high-volume cooking
  • Supervisory experience required
  • High school diploma or GED necessary
