You are a proactive HR Executive/HR Coordinator responsible for supporting end-to-end HR operations within a growing IT organization. Your role includes tasks such as: - Supporting end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups - Coordinating onboarding processes, documentation, induction, and background verification - Maintaining and updating employee records, HR databases, and MIS trackers - Assisting in attendance tracking, leave management, and HR policy communication - Supporting HR engagement activities, such as events, celebrations, and feedback drives - Helping in drafting HR letters, notices, and internal communication - Coordinating with finance and management for payroll inputs and HR reports - Assisting in implementing HR processes, SOPs, and best practices Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (BBA, B.Com, BA, MBA in HR preferred) - 0 to 2 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or coordination (freshers with internships can apply) - Positive understanding of basic HR concepts like recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable working with HR tools/portals - Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills - Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple HR tasks - Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace Please note that this job posting has been aggregated from an external source, and role details, content, and availability are subject to change.
