As an Ecommerce Email Marketing Specialist with minimum 2 years of experience in Klaviyo, your role will involve managing and scaling ecommerce email marketing initiatives. You should be creative, data-driven, and dedicated to driving conversions through segmented campaigns, automated flows, and personalized customer journeys. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and optimize email campaigns using Klaviyo - Develop audience segmentation strategies to improve conversion rates - Collaborate with design and ecommerce teams to create compelling email content, copy, and visuals - Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, creatives, CTAs, and send times - Monitor campaign metrics and deliver performance reports based on KPIs such as open rate, CTR, CVR, and revenue - Maintain email list hygiene and implement deliverability best practices - Stay updated on ecommerce email trends and Klaviyo feature updates - Assist with cross-channel optimization, including SMS campaigns if applicable Qualifications Required: - 2 years of hands-on experience with Klaviyo - Strong knowledge of ecommerce customer lifecycle retention strategies - Experience in Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento integrations - Proficiency in data analytics and segmentation - Strong copywriting, design understanding, and communication skills - Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail The company is located in Dwarka Sec-12, Delhi, and offers a full-time position with a salary of up to 30,000.00 per month.
