Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer with strong expertise in React.js and Next.js to lead the design and development of modern, high-performance web applications. This role requires ownership of frontend architecture, coding standards, and scalable UI solutions. You will collaborate closely with backend, UX, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences. The position also involves mentoring developers and providing technical direction in client-facing and architectural discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own frontend engineering and architectural design for large-scale, high-performance web applications.
• Lead the development of complex React.js and Next.js applications using modern patterns and best practices.
• Define and enforce frontend standards, reusable component libraries, and design systems.
• Collaborate closely with backend, UX, and product teams to deliver seamless and scalable user experiences.
• Drive performance optimization, accessibility, and responsive design initiatives.
• Review critical frontend code and mentor other developers.
• Provide technical direction during client discussions and architectural planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10–15 years of frontend engineering experience with a strong focus on React.js and Next.js.
• Expert knowledge of React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling.
• Strong understanding of performance optimization, accessibility standards, and browser behavior.
• Experience integrating frontend applications with APIs and headless CMS platforms.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and frontend build processes.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, leadership qualities, and communication skills.
