Job Description

Elevate customer success as a Senior Analyst focusing on strategy and analytics. Utilize your expertise to drive revenue insights, analyze performance metrics, and support go-to-market strategies remotely or in key Canadian hubs.

This role is part of the Revenue Operations team, committed to supporting revenue retention and growth. You will engage with cross-functional teams to provide key insights into our payment solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze Payments Gross Processing Volume dynamics
  • Design scalable data models and dashboards
  • Collaborate with GTM leaders on adoption programs
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to derive insights

Requirements

  • 5+ years in GTM Strategy or Analytics
  • Proficient in SQL and analytics tools
  • Experience with data visualization platforms
  • Familiar with modern data stacks like dbt and Databricks
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
