Senior Software Engineer, Conversational AI

ClinicGlide builds the AI and automation layer for healthcare operations. Our platform turns AI into real operational work that answers calls, books appointments, manages messages, notifies and follows-up, and automates repetitive tasks so clinics and hospitals can focus on care.

We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to design and evolve the conversational AI systems at the core of the product.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement conversation flows that delight patients and automate real operational work
• Build new inbound and outbound conversational features across supported channels
• Optimize conversation structure, prompts, orchestration logic, and supporting components
• Specify automated testing approaches to ensure quality and regression protection
• Evolve the core AI conversations architecture to support scale and new integrations
• Establish process to monitor performance, accuracy, and drift, and improve systems based on real interaction data

What You Bring

• 5+ years building production software
• A keen interest in AI-powered innovation
• Experience shipping LLM-powered systems in production
• Strong backend fundamentals (APIs, data models, reliability, observability)
• Experience with real-time or event-driven systems preferred
• Clear thinking, strong execution, and high standards
• Healthcare experience, or other regulated industries (nice to have)
• SOC2 experiences (nice to have)

Salary: $85,000 to $102,000 plus benefits.
