ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow AI Control Tower Consultant to support an urgent client engagement focused on establishing enterprise-wide AI governance and lifecycle management. This is a fully remote, W-2 contract opportunity open to candidates based in the United States. Interviews and submissions are being processed immediately.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Configure and implement AI Governance and Lifecycle Management capabilities within ServiceNow AI Control Tower.
- Support Risk, Compliance, and Security Management initiatives across the enterprise.
- Implement Discovery and Observability capabilities to provide visibility into AI assets and usage.
- Build governance frameworks, dashboards, and compliance playbooks tailored to enterprise requirements.
- Develop workflows and integrate ServiceNow with enterprise AI assets and platforms.
- Collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders to deliver end-to-end AI governance solutions.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong ServiceNow development and administration experience.
- Hands-on experience with AI Governance and AI Lifecycle Management within ServiceNow.
- Solid knowledge of Risk, Compliance, and Security Management principles and their implementation in ServiceNow.
- Proven experience building workflows, dashboards, and enterprise integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a 100% remote environment from within the USA.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Rate: Up to $70/hour on W-2
- Employment Type: W-2 Contract
- Fully remote — no travel required
LOCATION
100% Remote — must be based in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
