Clera baut den AI Talent Agent, der die $600B Headhunting-Industrie ablöst. Statt dass Recruiter wochenlang Kandidaten suchen, macht unser AI Agent das in Minuten. Wir arbeiten schon mit über 600 US-Startups (Mintlify, Luminai, Windsurf) zusammen und sind in 6 Monaten von 0 auf über $1M ARR gewachsen. Wir haben eine $3M Pre-Seed-Runde mit internationalen Top-Investoren abgeschlossen.

Jetzt suchen wir Werkstudenten, die mit uns die Art und Weise verändern wollen, wie Unternehmen Leute einstellen.

Die Rolle: Du bist direkt an der Schnittstelle von AI und Recruiting. Du findest Talente, sprichst sie an und hilfst ihnen, bei den spannendsten Startups zu landen. Kein klassisches HR – du siehst live, wie KI das Recruiting komplett verändert. Du arbeitest direkt mit dem Founding Team.

Talente für unsere Startup-Kunden sourchen und direkt ansprechen
Kandidaten durch den Recruiting-Prozess begleiten
Talent-Pipelines und Kandidaten-Datenbanken aufbauen
Unsere Recruiting-Prozesse und Tools verbessern
Research zu Talentmärkten und Zielgruppen
Eng mit dem Founding Team an unseren Prozessen arbeiten

Dein Profil:

Du interessierst dich für Recruiting, HR-Tech und/oder Startups
Du arbeitest eigenständig – niemand muss dir sagen, was als Nächstes kommt
Deutsch und Englisch fließend
Bonus: erste Erfahrung in Recruiting, HR oder einem Startup
Mindestens 15–20 Stunden pro Woche
