Clearsteps ABA, a renowned organization, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RBT Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist to join our team in Pine Hill, NJ. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, in-home ABA therapy to children with autism, ages 2-12, across New Jersey and Missouri.
About The Role
As an RBT Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist with Clearsteps ABA, you will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other RBTs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in clients' natural environments
- Implementing behavioral strategies and techniques to improve communication, social, and daily living skills
- Collecting and recording data on client behavior and progress
- Collaborating with BCBAs to modify treatment plans as needed
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress
Requirements
- Completed a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training program or with the 40hrs
- RBT certification through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
- 0 years of experience (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
