CLEAR is seeking a data-driven Product Marketing Manager, New Ventures (B2C) to help bring new products and businesses to life across our travel portfolio. This role focuses on increasing attach rates, deepening member engagement, and expanding average revenue per subscriber (ARPU) through high-impact cross-sell and upsell strategies.
Sitting at the intersection of Product, Growth, Lifecycle, and Analytics, you will shape positioning, packaging, and promotional strategy for new offerings — ensuring they are clearly differentiated, compelling, and seamlessly integrated into the member experience. This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands subscription economics and knows how to drive incremental revenue while balancing long-term retention.
What you'll do:
- Develop positioning and messaging strategies that clearly articulate the value of new products
- Drive attach rate growth through targeted cross-sell and upsell campaigns across in-app, email, paid, and owned channels
- Partner with Lifecycle Marketing to design personalized journeys that introduce add-ons at high-intent moments in the member lifecycle
- Identify behavioral signals and segmentation strategies to optimize offer timing and relevance
- Design and execute experiments to increase conversion, ARPU, and overall member lifetime value
- Collaborate with Product on pricing, bundling, merchandising, and in-product placement strategies
- Act as the cross-functional lead aligning Product, Partnerships, Growth, and Brand to execute seamless launches and ongoing optimization
How you'll measure success:
- Attach rate and add-on penetration across the subscriber base
- Incremental ARPU and contribution to subscriber LTV
- Engagement and repeat usage of add-on products
- Speed-to-market and speed-to-optimization for new add-on launches
What you're great at:
- 5+ years of experience in subscription, DTC, consumer tech, fintech, travel, or similar consumer services businesses
- Experience driving cross-sell, upsell, bundling, or expansion revenue strategies
- Proven ability to translate product value into compelling member-facing narratives
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Product, Analytics, Lifecycle, and Growth
- Comfortable testing, iterating, and optimizing in fast-moving environment

The base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $150,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.
The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units.
