  • Own and grow sales of the company’s spill control and sorbent product line, including spill socks and booms.
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to meet revenue and volume targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industrial, environmental, and commercial markets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close.

Customer & Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for product inquiries, quotes, and orders.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms within approved guidelines.

  • Coordinate with operations and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Studies, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in industrial, environmental, packaging, or related product sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing accounts.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a primarily remote capacity.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for occasional site visits and customer meetings.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing relationships or a network within spill response, environmental, safety, or industrial supply markets.
  • Familiarity with sorbent products, spill containment, or recycled-material manufacturing.
  • Experience selling through distributors or developing new sales channels.
