Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Operations Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations across three business verticals: e-course products, social media services, and SaaS platform backend operations (non-technical). This role is meant for someone who can bring structure, process discipline, coordination, and accountability across moving parts, while ensuring that deliverables, users, clients, and internal teams are all handled smoothly.

Key Responsibilities / KRAs

  • Oversee end-to-end operational execution for e-course products, including launch coordination, learner support workflows, batch tracking, content readiness, and internal coordination.
  • Manage operations for social media service accounts, ensuring proper coordination between strategy, content, design, posting, approvals, timelines, client communication, and delivery follow-through.
  • Handle non-technical backend operations of the SaaS platform, including user onboarding flows, dashboards, support coordination, usage tracking, documentation, issue routing, and process management.
  • Build and maintain SOPs, trackers, reporting systems, and operational workflows to ensure deadlines are met and execution remains structured.
  • Drive overall cross-functional coordination across teams, monitor quality and turnaround, resolve bottlenecks, manage escalations, and ensure smooth, scalable execution across all three verticals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, service delivery, product operations, or business process management.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple teams, workflows, deadlines, trackers, and execution systems in a fast-moving environment.
  • Practical exposure to at least two of these areas: e-courses / digital products, social media service operations, SaaS or platform backend operations.
  • Strong communication, ownership, follow-up ability, and working knowledge of Google Sheets, Docs, dashboards, and workflow/reporting tools.

Preferred Profile

Experience in a startup, agency, edtech, digital product, or SaaS-linked environment will be preferred.

Should be process-driven, detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of reducing management bandwidth through stronger operational control
