Logistics Coordinator for Freight Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with carriers and warehouses for logistics
• Provide shipment updates and resolve customer complaints
• Arrange long-haulage and Amazon trucking shipments
• Track ocean/air cargo and domestic shipments
• Upload POs and invoices in freight systems

Requirements

• +1 year in ocean/air freight forwarding
• Diploma in International Forwarding or Transportation
• Knowledge of INCOTERMS required
• Excellent communication skills necessary
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
