Business Research Associate (Night shift)
Location: Phase 8 Industrial Area, Mohali, Punjab (Onsite)
Working Hours: Night Shift
- Summer Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
- Winter Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
About the Role
We are looking for a Business Research Associate who is curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about research. In this role, you will conduct company, industry, and market research to support our Business Development team. You will work across Engineering, Healthcare, and Finance domains, using both traditional research methods and AI-powered tools to gather insights and prepare accurate business reports.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on companies, industries, and markets across Engineering, Healthcare, and Finance sectors.
- Research potential clients, organizations, and industry stakeholders.
- Gather, verify, and analyze information from reliable online sources, databases, and public records.
- Prepare research reports, summaries, and presentations.
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and similar platforms to improve research efficiency.
- Review, edit, and refine AI-generated content to ensure accuracy and a natural writing style.
- Draft professional emails, research summaries, and other business communications.
- Maintain organized research records and documentation.
- Work closely with Business Development and internal teams by providing research-backed insights.
- Ensure all research is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business requirements.
- Stay informed about new technologies, market trends, and industry developments.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
