What you'll do

• Elevate guest experience by ensuring food, beverage, and service standards consistently exceed expectations
• Lead and inspire Back of House kitchen teams, creating an engaged, accountable, and high-performing culture
• Drive operational excellence by maintaining quality, efficiency, and consistency across service delivery
• Safeguard financial integrity through proper food handling, rotation, and portion control, assist with inventory counts
• Foster a welcoming, responsive environment where guest needs are anticipated and addressed with professionalism
• Uphold compliance with food safety and alcohol service standards, ensuring a safe and responsible environment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in food service, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Successful completion or ability to obtain Alberta ProServe certification.
• Successful completion or ability to obtain Food Safe certification.
• Experience with inventory management, cash handling, and point-of-sale systems.
• Concession or hospitality management training (e.g., CCM) is considered an asset.
