Become a key player in primary care transformation as a Decision Support Specialist Clerk in Northern Ontario. This in-person position allows you to engage with digital health initiatives and quality improvement projects.
The QIDSS Clerk role supports a vital program aimed at improving quality across Family Health Teams in Northeastern Ontario. You will work under the guidance of the QIDSS Lead, who will assist in strategic priorities and project management. Your focus will be on enhancing data workflows and improving reporting efficiency to better serve patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize EMR data for quality initiatives
- Maintain EMR tool efficiency for better workflows
- Create reports for performance monitoring
- Assist with eReferral onboarding and training
- Support troubleshooting of workflow metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields required
- Health administration experience is advantageous
- Insights into digital health tools are a plus
- Knowledge of team-based health delivery is necessary
- Must be able to travel for site visits
