Position: Senior Field Operations Executive

Location: Chandigarh

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience and last drawn salary)

About the Role

Citadel Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Field Operations Executive to join our growing team. We are seeking a candidate with strong knowledge of the insurance industry who can efficiently manage field operations as well as branch operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day field and branch operations.
• Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, and claim-related activities.
• Manage Motor, SME, and Non-Motor Insurance operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance partners and clients.
• Ensure timely completion of operational tasks with accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Support business development activities and client servicing when required.
• Maintain operational MIS and documentation.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 2–5 years in an Insurance Company or Insurance Broking Firm.
• Strong knowledge of Motor Insurance, SME Insurance, and Non-Motor Insurance.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Preferred Candidate

• Experienced insurance professional with excellent operational knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving and client handling skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
