Impact
- You will directly contribute to the stability and feature expansion of our mission-critical HR applications, leveraging your expertise to deliver robust, scalable code.
- You will play a hands-on role in our AI transformation, helping to design and deploy Agentic workflows and Model Context Protocols (MCPs) that turn manual HR processes into intelligent, automated experiences.
- By owning both front-end interfaces and back-end logic, you will simplify complex workforce data for our stakeholders, creating intuitive applications that improve efficiency across the entire employee lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with industry experience; strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) with a proven track record of building and maintaining scalable microservices and REST APIs.
- Demonstrated ability to build end-to-end solutions, including backend development and seamless UI integration.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL or Oracle) and strong knowledge of security protocols, including OAuth2, JWT, and SSO-based authentication.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices to ensure high-quality, continuous delivery.
- Hands-on experience integrating AI Agents or LLM-driven workflows with backend systems; familiarity with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) is highly desirable.
- Experience in complex API integrations, including SOAP and REST, with advanced skills in JSON processing and data transformation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with working in an Agile/Scrum environment, including experience with tools like Jira or Confluence.
- Prior experience working with HRIS systems or workforce management platforms, understanding the complexities of the employee lifecycle from planning to transition.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and effectively communicate complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguous, evolving architecture environments and a demonstrated eagerness to learn new technologies rapidly.
