As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide ongoing support to the branch manager, investment advisors and their teams through managing the reception area of the Wood Gundy branch, provide excellent customer service to clients, and manage the day to day activities. You will also ensure the efficiency of the operations of the branch through a wide range of administrative activities. At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. To successfully perform the work, you’ll be on-site full-time. Important Information We may ask you to complete an attribute-based assessment and other skills tests (such as simulation, coding, French proficiency, MS Office). You must be currently enrolled in post-secondary education and returning to full-time studies to be eligible. However, you do not need to be in a registered Co-op program to be considered for a role.
