Service Advisor / Automotive Service Consultant / Service Writer

We’re looking for a polished, customer-focused Service Advisor who takes pride in building trust and presenting services with clarity and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Communicate repair and maintenance recommendations clearly
• Deliver professional service presentations and follow-up
• Support technicians and manage workflow
• Create invoices and manage parts orders, assist with road tests and final vehicle check-outs

Qualifications

• 5+ years automotive advising preferred
• Previous sales training a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, dependable, and professional
• Leadership experience valued
• Tek metric software experience a plus

Experience

• automotive service advising: 3 years (Preferred)
• sales or customer presentation: 3 years (Preferred)
