- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable software solutions.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software design, implementation, testing, documentation, and debugging while applying sound engineering judgment and code quality standards.
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code following established software engineering and secure development practices.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, sprint planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.

- Familiarity with Git and modern software development workflows.
- Curiosity about AI-assisted software development and an eagerness to incorporate AI tools responsibly throughout the software development lifecycle (requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, debugging, and documentation).
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused engineering environment.
Bonus
- Experience with Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, or event-driven architectures.
- Exposure to AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, EKS, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, DynamoDB, RDS, or API Gateway.
- Familiarity with software engineering best practices, including code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, observability, and DevOps.
- Experience using AI coding assistants (such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar tools) to improve engineering productivity while maintaining high code quality.
- Experience working in Agile development environments (Scrum or Kanban).
- Knowledge of distributed systems, integrations, or supply chain/marketplace technologies is a plus.
