🌿 Landscape Architect / Designer | McLean, VA

Chesapeake Search Partners is partnering with a premier, high-end residential design-build firm to hire a Landscape Architect / Designer in the McLean, VA area.

This is a unique opportunity to design luxury outdoor living spaces, gardens, and custom landscapes while working alongside a highly skilled team of designers and craftsmen.

What You’ll Do:

Design and deliver high-end residential landscape projects
Conduct site analysis and develop creative design solutions
Create plans/renderings using AutoCAD/Vectorworks, SketchUp, Adobe Suite
Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and clients
Support projects from concept through construction

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of residential landscape design/architecture experience
Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
Strong design + technical software skills
Team-oriented with excellent communication
