Role Description The Front Office Executive will manage daily reception and front desk operations, including greeting guests, handling check-in and check-out procedures, and responding to inquiries in person and over the phone. The role involves managing reservations, maintaining accurate guest records, and coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations. The Front Office Executive will address guest requests and concerns promptly, provide information about hotel services and local attractions, and ensure the lobby and front desk area remain orderly and presentable. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bareilly, requiring consistent presence during assigned shifts and adherence to hotel policies and service standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to interact courteously and professionally with guests.
- Candidates should possess experience with Receptionist Duties and Front Office operations, including handling check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
