Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive insurance sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective strategies.
• Utilize sales pipelines to track and forecast potential sales opportunities.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor industry trends to stay competitive and informed.
• Take inbound leads and referrals and convert them into long-term clients

Experience/Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in insurance or related fields.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
• Experience in relationship management with clients to enhance sales opportunities.
• Familiarity with sales pipelines and forecasting sales opportunities.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate sales data and market trends.
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions and team collaboration.
• Ability to prepare and present tailored insurance proposals effectively.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a larger team.
• Experience in conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Willingness to engage in networking activities to expand professional connections.
