Job Description

In this senior leadership role, you will report to the Director of Financial Services and provide strategic guidance for the Finance Division. Key responsibilities include offering advanced judgment on complex financial and policy matters and supporting statutory obligations. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business, CPA designation, and extensive experience in a local government or unionized environment.

Requirements
