Position Overview 

The Human Capital team comprises about 25 professionals committed to attracting, developing, and retaining excellent colleagues across the firm. The Global Talent Acquisition team is central to CRA’s success by identifying great talent to join our firm.  In this role, you will take ownership for full life-cycle university recruitment, and work closely with the global Talent Acquisition team to coordinate day-to-day operational processes that support the acquisition of top talent.

  • Oversee university recruiting (full-time and internship) for universities in the geography; 
  • Work with internal hiring managers and teams to market roles, source and evaluate candidates, and identify attraction strategies;
  • Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with external stakeholders (university personnel, career centers);
  • Manage overall candidate lifecycle and communication (marketing, sourcing, assessment, offer and attraction processes);
  • Support reporting and operations. Create reports and analyze data to evaluate university recruiting efforts, providing data-driven insights on our investments. Proactively research, identify, and communicate market trends;
  • Understand and market CRA’s unique value proposition as an employer, suggest and execute cultivation and brand-building events;
  • Coordinate logistics and participate in campus-related events;
  • Coordinate internal recruitment activities for specific internal groups/practices, including customization of interview schedules and recruiting teams;
  • Track all relevant recruiting data within our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse);
  • Participate in broader TA projects and initiatives, contribute creative ideas, and provide process improvement suggestions. Some examples include:
    • Training on recruiting best practices;
    • Diversity & inclusion initiatives;
    • Branding and social media.

Desired Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related discipline, or equivalent relevant full-time work experience;
  • 1-3 years related work experience with university recruiting in a complex, fast paced and high-volume business (professional services preferred);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), advanced knowledge of Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables) desirable;
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred) and other recruiting technology (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.);
  • Curious and analytical thinkers who bring creative approaches to non-standard problems;
  • Effective written and oral communication skills;
  • Demonstrated high level of initiative, problem solving and leadership;
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration capabilities;
  • Excellent time management, task prioritization, and detail orientation;
  • Good judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information;
  • Flexibility for evening events, occasional weekend work, and periodic overnight travel.

Work Location Flexibility

Salary and other compensation

A good-faith estimate of the annual base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000. Starting pay within this range may vary based on factors such as education level, experience, skills, geographic location, market conditions, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for additional bonus incentive compensation. CRA offers a comprehensive benefits package, subject to eligibility requirements, which may include: medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) retirement plan with employer match; life and disability insurance; paid time off (vacation, sick leave, holidays); paid parental leave; wellness programs and employee assistance resources; and commuter benefits.
