Web3 Content Marketing & Business Development Manager (Remote | Part-Time to Full-Time | Profit-Sharing | Core Team Role) At Chainly Studio , we help early-stage Web3 projects with growth, marketing, BD, community, and brand positioning . As we continue scaling, we're looking for a Web3-native Content Marketing & BD Manager who can combine storytelling with strategy to build pipelines, community, and meaningful brand visibility.
This is a hybrid role — part content genius, part business hustler — ideal for someone who understands both narratives and numbers in the Web3 space.
Responsibilities: Content Marketing
Plan, create, and manage multi-platform content (X, LinkedIn, Medium, Telegram, Discord) for Web3-native audiences.
Write threads, blog posts, campaign content , and brand stories that position projects as thought leaders.
Collaborate with design and KOL teams to amplify reach via creatives, influencers, and partnerships.
Analyze performance and continuously improve based on community insights and data.
Business Development
Identify and approach Web3 projects, DAOs, protocols, NFT/GameFi brands for agency services.
Nurture inbound and outbound leads through personalized pitches, demos, and partnerships.
Represent Chainly Studio in client calls, online events, and strategic deal negotiations.
Align client needs with internal capabilities and manage smooth onboarding with our delivery team.
You Are:
- 2–4+ years of experience in Web3 content, marketing, or BD roles (agency or project side).
- Comfortable writing content with industry lingo and engaging narratives.
- Understand community dynamics on X, Discord, Telegram, Mirror, etc.
- Confident in B2B conversations, pitch decks, follow-ups, and lead management.
- Passionate about Web3, crypto, DeFi, NFTs, or DAOs — you live and breathe the ecosystem.
Work Format:
- Remote-first and fully flexible schedule
- 5 working days per week
- Start with part-time, freelance, or consulting , grow into a full-time core team role based on performance and alignment
Compensation
Profit-Sharing Model (First 3 Months) – Earn based on client conversion, leads generated, or campaigns executed from your side.
