Responsibilties:

. Lead and Architect SAP BTP solutions in S4hana SAP Public Cloud

. Assess existing SAP landscapes and develop transformation roadmaps to cloud-native architectures.

. Define and govern integration patterns leveraging SAP Integration Suite, Event Mesh, and API Management, in collaboration with integration consultants

. Define extension strategies using CAP/RAP, SAPUI5/Fiori, Workflows, and Business Rules services.

. Provide technical leadership

. Collaborate with functional architects, developers, and stakeholders to align business needs with technical best practices.

. Conduct architecture and code reviews while mentoring teams on BTP technologies and patterns.

. Stay updated on SAP BTP roadmap and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

. Support migration from ECC to SAP S/4HANA.

. Design and develop integrations using SAP CPI.

. Integrate SAP systems: S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba.

. Integrate Non-SAP systems: Salesforce, and other 3rd party.

. Work with CPI adapters: REST, SOAP, IDoc, OData, SFTP, HTTPS, JMS.

. Configure security: OAuth, certificates, users, and secure connectivity.

. Perform mapping, transformation, and reconciliation activities.

. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations.

. Build and manage APIs using SAP BTP API Management.

Skills required

. Extensive experience in SAP technical architecture and development

. Demonstrable years hands-on experience with SAP BTP

. Deep expertise in S4hana on SAP Public cloud

. Strong knowledge of SAP BTP services: Cloud Foundry, Kyma, Integration Suite, Extension Suite, BAS

. Proven experience building cloud-native extensions using CAP and/or RAP

. Familiarity with ABAP Cloud (Steampunk)

. Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and APIs (OData, REST, SOAP)

. Understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, Git, and containerization

. Excellent architectural design and documentation skills

. Clear communication and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

. Previous consulting or Client-facing experience

. Strong experience in SAP CPI & API Management.

. Knowledge of SAP & Non-SAP integrations.

. Understanding of adapters and security concepts.

. Experience with data mapping and validation.

. Knowledge of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML.

Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Consultant – SAP BTP)

Experience with SAP Build (Low-Code/No-Code)

Knowledge of SAP AI Core, Business AI, and Joule

Multi-cloud exposure (Azure, AWS, GCP)
