Job Title: Network Engineer

Salary: $90,000 – $100,000

Location: Baltimore, MD (On-site)

Type: Hybrid 3 In office 2 Remote

What you will do

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot routers, switches, wireless systems, and firewalls
• Support daily network operations and monitoring
• Resolve Level 1–2 issues and assist with escalations
• Help with network cabling, upgrades, and new installations
• Maintain and improve network documentation
• Collaborate with senior engineers on network security and infrastructure improvements

What the agency is looking for

• CCNA certification (required)
• 3+ years of hands-on network engineering experience
• Experience with routing, switching, firewalls, wireless systems, and VoIP
• Ability to troubleshoot independently and communicate clearly
• Strong customer-service orientation
• Ability to work in a dynamic, mission-driven environment

Nice to have

• Aruba, Cisco, or ClearPass experience
• ServiceNow familiarity
• Exposure to multi-site nonprofit or social services environments
• Additional security or networking certifications

Schedule & Term

• On-site in Baltimore 3 days
• Rotating on-call responsibilities
• Occasional off-hours work for maintenance or incident response
